Right- Unfortunately, he lost his longtime lease and has suspended taking any new work for the time being, hence my posting on here.

You might look over at AudioKarma, too if you haven't already. There's a pretty large number of Pioneer fans there, and it seems to me there used to be couple of techs that specialized in restorations of the brand.
