Very interesting items. I see that the coffee maker and toaster both have serial numbers and green label, whereas the iron has no serial number and a red label. Any significance that you are aware of? The green labeled ones are earlier? Thank you.

That is a good question, but one I do not know the answer to! As far as I know, all of the toasters & siphonators had the same green label, so it could have just been a stylistic difference. Perhaps green was kitchenware and red was...other stuff? Who knows...

Do you have the original sugar and creamer that went with the Edison Siphonator ??

I have the matching serving tray too,, but only one - very tough to find. Edicraft is a cool go-with and most pieces you find are in rough shape for some odd reason. I'm glad you collect them too.....

That's quite a nice collection. When I was interning at Thomas Edison National Historical Park, I actually put together an exhibit cabinet on Edicraft. Ever since, it's always been an eyecatcher to the visitors. I don't know if we have an original brochures in the collection, but we have an Edicraft recpice book, Table Cookery, and some prototype models on the products as well.
