I believe these were produced in the seventies. Almost 50 years ago

Jesus, even reproductions now are fast becoming antiques themselves.

That is because we are turning into antiques ourselves :D

Bet 50 years from now no one will care about remembering what an Ipod, Iphone, Samsung looked or sounded like.

I think that is because a phonograph is more of a time machine. You crank it up and what you hear is the distant past. With a radio or phone, the only thing from the past is the object. That said, it seems that nearly everything is collectible to someone.
