Are you able to play both Concert and standard cylinders without readjusting the reproducer?

No. Curiously, the stylus is perfectly positioned for Concert cylinders but is off center with the standard mandrel in position. It's not an entirely perfect design.

By the way, the color of that cylinder is great! Looks like milk chocolate... Probably a Paul Morris confection...? :)
