I would wait... You should be able to find a Victor Victrola in that price range and replacement parts are readily available... If anything goes wrong with that Shenandoah, good luck trying to find any parts for it... When I was in high school, my dad bought a Victrola at an auction and it is still in the family working fine after more than 50 years... In fact, that's what got me going down this slippery slope called "collecting"...
If you can find a Victrola VV-50 portable, that would be a good choice, since it doesn't take up much space, it's well made and plays as good as any upright phonograph...
