The closest machine I have seen that compares to the Monarch Deluxe (other than the Columbia) is the German Odeon model. Although, in my opinion, the carving is vastly superior to the Victor model.

Ken,
I posted a thread in the UK/European section when I first bought it. It was found outside of Sao Paulo and I had it shipped up here. To date, it's the only survivor of this top of the line model "
Berlioz".

There is another thread that shows it in a German catalog...

Bump* itโs been almost 2 years since this thread had a response... Has ANYONE ever found this machine? Or even seen it in others collections? Were the 14 inch records made for this machine?

I know of one and will try to post a photo within the year. It is not complete at this time. It was purchased years ago in Missouri. Stay tuned.

I know of two โ one in a Reno, Nevada collection that I saw myself in the 1980s, and another in the East. They were not made to play 14โ records.
