I bought one of these last year in a comparable condition, complete with a box of records - the owner had brought them to England after a tour of Burma in WW2. At £40 I couldn't resist, particularly with the "Burmese" connection! But I wouldn't have wanted to pay any more than that. I just cleaned it up and stuck the peeling covering down, i.e. preserved it in sound unrestored condition, wearing its heavy patina with pride.

Hi Steve ! Thank you for the information. Yes you are right. I own a 97 with a single spring 748B motor.
