The machine has a Thorens motor inside of it.
I don't know if it's the original motor.
Will be opening it up soon to see if I can move the governor a bit.

Just opened the machine to see if I could do anything But I have not been able to move the governor closer to the flange.
I still suspect the problem is because of the speed regulator.
The yoke seems to be way to short.

I managed to fix it by moving a few things closer to each other.
It plays like a charm right now.
