Adam---Thank you, thank you! I still have never attended Union, again for the usual reason: co-workers that take vacation that weekend and in a shop of only 4 employees, yours truly has to cover for the absentees. My turn shall come one day. In those photos I see far, far too many things that I would want to buy for myself. Maybe waiting another year isn't such a bad idea after all.......

Hi Adam, Thanks to you, I was able to contact Stan, but unfortunately, it was sold at the show. Oh well, the search continues.

Thanks again, Wes

I'll post my pics from Saturday (the only day I was at the show) later this week when I get the chance...just don't ask prices or who had what, as I didn't take notes! Thanks for listing the price of the Pooley VTLA...I passed by it quite a few times, but thought I'd buy it if I knew the price, and I don't have any more room! Came home with a nice cylinder cabinet (NOT the double-barrel, as 11K was a bit out of my price range!). For next year's show, we should bring back the name tag idea to identify other members. Seems that most of the dealers just read the boards, but weren't contributing members, from those I spoke with. Perhaps next year I'll plan extra time so I can visit the Sanfilippo.

Thanks for the great pictures! I was wondering what that
Circassian XVII was going for if you happened to see the price?
Its probably out of my league but would be nice to know what they
go for if one should pop up locally. Thanks!

Great pictures! Thanks. I was there and as I was leaving saw you two on the lawn having your picnic and thought you must have been a bit cold. It was pretty cool though to see a blanket and a phonograph playing records outside. Lots of fun.

Union was great fun, but I think many machines that should have sold did not. There seemed to be some caution. I know our booth had a few machines I thought would have gone during setup that never did sell. But, there were great purchases made and lots of friends met up that don't see each other too often. It's my favorite phonograph event of the year and I look forward to it all year long.

I'm happy, tired and poor but I got some great stuff. So back to work to save up for next year!

Whats up with that Edison Triumph with a CRAZY wooden horn? Is that original? That has to be the fanciest horn I have seen. How are the prices at Union? I went to Wayne and almost everything was way overpriced, like a vic V in average condition and flower horn for $2500!

That one was also listed for $5000 (also by Lynn). Not sure if it ever sold; I didn't go on Sunday.

The XVII was there last year with the same asking price. It's also listed on his website at that price.
