I was looking at that machine as well.. very odd!

For $250, plus all of the records... somebody please buy it before it becomes a bar...

If that machine were local to me I'd have snagged it already. But- if you read the ad, the price only includes 15-20 records.

Definitely not a german Resonaphon. I dont even think it’s european, the arm looks very american to me.

For as difficult as the cabinet must have been to put together, the phonograph components are remarkably plain and generic. And as mentioned, the arm looks a bit short.

Maybe this was a cabinet manufacturer's sample? Was Tennessee one of the states that manufactured phonograph cabinets?

If I bought it, I wouldn't have any problem with upgrading the tonearm/reproducer to a period option... Maybe that tonearm looks short because someone changed it out from the original...

I would love to go get it.. But I'm already getting that Graphophone this weekend and I dont have the space (or money lol) to go get it... even though it's only 40 mins away . I hope someone else on here can get it!

I’m on the wrong end of the state, but I like the look of it. If I were closer, I’d consider it. I love the cabinet.
