Watchtower phonographs were made by the Angelico Company in 1916 and called "Angelophones". The one pictured on eBay might just have been used at a JW gathering place to play records on.

I recently acquired a collection of Angelophone records. Some of the "sleeves" (paper separators) have prints of a phonograph on them, and descriptions of the models available (IIRC, there were three). I don't believe any had outside horns.
