I have owned several Blue Amberol language records and have never seen one that was 100 tpi. They are indeed recorded at 90 rpm, but AFAIK, they were all 200 tpi and played correctly on 4-minute machines. I suppose it's possible that Europe got something different, but it would be news to me.
