Depending upon your definition of "impractical," not at all. I understand that visits to Sanfilipo are part of the plans.

Very happy to see this! I only meant impractical in the opinion of the planners. As long as it's part of the event, I'll be there.

Thanks!!!

And so, for me, a delicate dance begins. You see, The In-Laws live in a northern suburb of Chicago. So this makes it easier to finagle the visit to the show...while at the same time adding a certain measure of, uh, difficulty.

I was always under the impression that we collectors were invited quests and that it is a privilege, not a right, to visit the Sanfilippo collection.

I am also aware that visits are dependent upon Sanfilippo Foundation scheduling in both the Palace and the Carousel building. I assume that APS will contact the appropriate parties to determine schedule availability, for both, and if the Foundation is willing to open this fantastic facility again to APS in 2021.

Now the show only needs a name or nickname... perhaps Chi-town (pronounced shy-town) or Windy City. Others?

Thanks to the APS Committee who are planning what looks to be a great Show for next year. Thanks to the Donley Family for all their years of hosting. I look forward to attending next year. Stan Stanford, Portland OR
