Hi Jerry- Yes- I saw those $14 screws- each -- plus over $4.00 shipping. $18 for a single screw was tough to fathom---but that was before I discovered how difficult they would be to find. I have indeed swallowed my objections-- and pride-- and paid the piper. I hope they insure it!

Thanks for everyone's help on this. I wanted to get the old plane back in good shape.

I definitely understand the $18 hurdle. It would slow me down too
