We are all suckers for projects. That said, a friend has one of those Pathés and it's a great machine.

DavidYou never know unless you ask. The machine and all the records belonged to the Grandfather and they had no idea of value so just put $150 out there to see if anyone bit. I will post progress pics once I get on it. I will be nice when it's done.

Yours looks like just a lot of years of improper storage and care.
They are always worth it in the long run, saving old machines from the scrap heap. I hope your restore goes well and look forward to an update.
