Does a Bettini reproducer sound "better" than a standard one

What kind of blank is the Bettini standard size record on? It looks like an Edison blank. I am pretty sure that at the time that Bettini would use Edison blanks, and there really was not anything else available,or worth using, although the concert records look like Columbia blanks.

im not sure sawn the edison standard blanks tent to mold more than the bettini standards and columbia standard size cyl are even worse not to speak of their concerts

i've seen bettini's with some specs of mold but never too serious the concert ones however seem to mold a lot more
the wax itself seems to be a bit harder than the edison blank type

i have a couple of bettini's and this is one of them when i bought it from a friend the box had lost its wraping so i rewraped it and copied the bettini logo with a fineliner i have another one in a dark blue box without the bettini logo but with the same inner tubes

the title i can make out from the intro is cést grand pitie

The unidentified performer of Les Courtesans Qui Passeront is Albert Piccaluga, who was known for his interpretation of Audran's work.

Many thanks for this! The excerpt from the Audran is as I said, extremely charming, with great ease in the vocal production. I looked him up in Baur's Historical Records and his recording career seems to have ended in 1905.

this stock certificate looks a little like the bettini record catalogues i've seen on one side a ad to a machine and on the other side a list of records
my question is did these come out weekly or monthly? if anyone has one of these i would realy like the pictures

i love the early bettini model 4 without the side clasps on the certificate
