That gramophone is a little worse for wear, and is in need of repair. Anyone have a 6' long travelling arm for it? Please post in Yankee Trader.

From Atlas Obscura: ..."many promotional items featuring the Dog & Trumpet still exist—although the Baltimore Nipper may be the most well traveled".

"Dog &Trumpet"... :? :?:

Along with a few friends, I attended the last Jim Wells auctions. My bidding resulted in many jukeboxes and related items coming into my possession. I was bidding on several early radios, when I noticed a fellow also bidding on the same items. At a break, we got together and laughed about our competition. We agreed to sit together and discuss in advance which items to not bid on so the other could win. The auctioneers recognized our plan and began making jokes about it. In the end we all had a lot of fun. That guy later traded a 1937 Packard to me. We have been friends since.
The Nipper was on site, though not in the best appearing condition.
