Well, I don’t have a super low number, but I do have 585, which I always thought was a semi-early number! I wonder how many of the total number made were oak versus mahogany? These really are awesome machines. Just got a reproduction automatic stop for mine from Don Gfell and can’t wait to try it out!

For comparison of numbers produced, then how many Triumph D plus E plus F were manufactured?

You’ll probably need to start another thread for that. By the way I have Opera number 1743 and it’s in Oak.

It would be wonderful (and useful) to have a database or spreadsheet reference for the Edison Opera like George and Fran and others had compiled in the past for a few of the Edison models. I have a couple of Operas here to contribute to the data sheet and I'd bet there are plenty of others here who have Operas and would as well. ;)

I'd love to see a database of Operas. I have an Oak Opera #1104. Somewhere I remember there being something like 1500 Oak Opera but that might have been supposition on my part. I'd be interested in knowing the lowest numbered Oak Opera.

I have created databases for several machines, so why not start one for Operas?

I've set up a new entry form and have input all the machines listed in this thread. I will start a new thread to announce the project. Please post your serial numbers there and I'll start populating the report.

Going back to low numbers, I noticed that #140 sold on eBay at the end of November. It was a bit rough but had potential.
