You just need to heat the pulley, the heat will transfer to the mating surface on the feedscrew.
A mini butane torch will work great, but a soldering iron will work, just takes longer, a heat gun may work also.
Have some heavy leather gloves ready so you can grab the hot pulley and twist it back and forth.

Thank you for the advice! I got it off this morning! It was tough but I did it (didn’t have to use heat). Next step is to get my 2/4 minute gearing and install that, followed by the repeater. Will post updates and thank you everyone for all the great advice!
