It appears to be the same model as pictured in the link above, with shell shaped carvings, ball and claw feet and special veneer in the raised door panels.

I had that exact same problem with an item listed on FB Marketplace... Who knows, maybe the seller is terrified of the Covid scare and doesn't want to come out of the basement...
Try to arrange picking it up at a public place, like a Post Office or police station and see what happens...

Doesn't "SP" mean special plate or something similar? Plus 501 is the first number assigned with more to follow if it passed muster with company officials. I hope someone picks it up.
