Hi Mike,
Here is my machine. As far as I know, all parts are original with the Gramophone except for the leather elbow.

4. a) Hole
5. a) Black "funnel" horn

Berliner survey:
1. C
2. yes but it is on the same side as the Gram o phone decal side. (No other holes noted anywhere.)
3 decal, not celluloid

Thank you Burdette. If it's possible, could you please post a picture of the number on the top of your motor (J 13167)? Also if you can, I'd love to see the decal on the wooden tone arm. Much appreciated.

1- C, Top Brake.
2- B , But reproducer guide is on the same side as the decal.
3- A, Yes it has a caution tag.
4- B, There is no hole in the record hold-down.
5- D, Mine has an all black horn with gold stripe and curved bell.
6- B, Mine has a National Gram-O-Phone Cor. decal.
7- Motor serial #25450.
8- I have a New Century with a serial #9893.
