It is a first year Credenza, so it should have a very desirable reproducer. The doors and the grill have been cut down, so bringing it back to its original configuration would require a diner machine. So, to answer your question, I would part it out.

Those converted machines look a heck of a lot better than the conversions I’ve came across...

Leave the Victrola, take the radionolli.

The idea to fit it with an electric pickup to plug into the Hallicrafters is a good one. If the reproducer is desireable, then it could be sold or used as a donor for another machine, rather than trying to put this one back together.
