I guess the £200 was a typo even Royal Mail Next day would only cost £40 ! he has three other HMV gramophones for sale with postages of £13.50 and £20 , including a brown and a red 101 !

I see. That sounds like a good explanation. I suppose the buyer would be refunded the excess postage. (I have been trying to figure the reason out for a day).

The red 101 looks interesting with the gold 'fittings'. (Perhaps I will gold leaf my red 101).

I don't get this guy's prices at all.

He lists the rarest of 3 101s (brown) at £50 whilst a common front winder is £150 and an uber deluxe red leather gold plated 101 is £100!!!!!

He's also charging £20 postage for the most expensive (the common 101) when the same identical weight 101 machines are £13.50!!!!!

I queried this but got no reply so no doubt he's been offended by my basic questions.
