The USPS mail service is absurdly unreliable these days. I have refused to send anything by mail for the past 16 months. One of my music box restorers has $50,000 in merchandise lost in transit and USPS won’t even pay the claim because they said all insurance coverage is suspended due to the pandemic (even though they charge for it).
I know this seller personally and he is absolutely 100% reliable and honest. He promptly shipped the posters by USPS Media Mail and they are in transit. If he is slow answering emails, I can’t justify that (I have been pressuring him for years to check his emails daily) but Mike is Mike, and he will get the poster to you even if he has to send a replacement.
Be patient and you will be rewarded with a nice artifact. I have one I bought last year and paid $100 for it. The ones Mike is selling are a bargain and he tried to save the buyers money by using Media Mail.

Dave,
I apologize the Last message you emailed me was saved as a draft and not sent. I just looked back at our conversation history. We spoke many times but the last response did not go through. I have emailed you the tracking number if there is anything else please let us know. Sorry for the miscommunication.
We sent your package 05/24/2021 according to the tracking number, the poster should have arrived on 06/01/2021.
The media mail takes quite a bit longer due to the cheaper shipping rate.

I've talked to Mike at length about this and other orders he has received for this poster. Part of the problem is MIke's limited understanding of how to use the computer, and the confusion he suffers due to the difference between TMF user names, their actual names, and their email addresses.
He will respond via PM to JLH today, for sure.
As for the rest of the folks who have not received their posters, please be patient, USPS Media Mail can take up to a month. If you contact Mike, be sure to give him your full name so he can verify the tracking numbers.

That may also be part of the problem because a poster, particularly an advertising poster, would not qualify for Media Mail rates. The USPS may have opened up one or more of these shipments for inspection, which could delay delivery significantly.

Perhaps. It happened to me last year when I sold some circus posters and I shipped them by Media Mail. Out of about 20 shipments, one was returned to me for not being proper Media Mail.
In Mike’s case, he actually went to the Post Office and asked the clerk if these posters would qualify and he was told yes. Go figure.
