The dome-topped Model N reproducer is great, and if the motor were swapped for a windup Standard motor it would be right back to stock. But I'd leave the 1940s/50s electric motor in place.
The Standard E is a good-sounding phonograph and one that will be worth keeping around if you tune it up. I mended one once & sold it to a Forum member.
Having the blue horn with the flowers gives you something very nice to have in your living-room.
You did all right. If I recall the Model E was made only in 1911 to be sold through the Babson Bros. mail-order catalog, but that could possibly be wrong.
