Where can I get a copy of the Charleston on a diamond disc? Can’t seem to find one. Would settle for a non-diamond disc too! By the way, your room looks great!

I hope you have cash. Charleston on DD sells for $300-$500 when you can find someone who'll part with it. Donniej on the board used to sell repros. I don't know if he has any available.

The Victor version isn't cheap either. Sometimes you can get lucky.

I only have four time machines in my home, but this one gets the place of honor in my living room. Living in an old house with antique furniture adds to the power of the wayback machines.

Audiophile... That's a Sonora upright! But how in the world the soundbox is in that middle-up position by itself? Have you any issues with the tonearm joint?

No, the tonearm works well. Notice the narrow spring with the screw in the center? That locks the tonearm in the up position.

I’d pay a few hundred bucks for a victor Charleston disc, any idea where I can get one?

First idea is to check at DAHR which are the issue numbers.
I've obtained only this one from 1923

The post seems to have taken a few turns, which I don’t mind at all. To clarify, the diamond disc that I am listening to is a copy, and I am still glad to have it. I bought it at the Wayne NJ Show a couple years ago and I still love to listen to it. It sounds better than most original diamond discs that I have heard, so thanks Don Wilson for making it possible for so many to listen to that recording on our vintage machines.
