I’m surprised that there is that much money going into repair and maintenance to support this. It’s not like the unit’s themselves go for high dollar net of resto cost. Granted some of this was for equipment and contact lists, but when you consider they have to make a healthy margin on the inventory, plus relocation expenses, shipping etc and then there’s some labor involved - there’s a fair amount of money going into this cottage industry.

Glad Ron’s family was able to be compensated for what he had in it.
