Congratulations!!! I am so thrilled that you will be carrying on Ron’s work. The fact that you are a fellow Tar Heel and only a few miles away from me seems too good to be true. I look forward to see you up and running and being a customer.

Congratulations Brian and Julie! Yes, THANK YOU both for stepping up and taking over Ron's business. I think Ron bought the "business" originally from Al Gretchen (not sure of spelling), and now you all are coming along to keep it going. Will look forward to doing business with you in the future! I think Ron would be happy to see his years of hard work and dedication to our hobby moving forward!

Re: The Phonograph Shop - Ron Sitko
Thanks for the refreshing news, Brian and Julie! It's wonderful to hear that you will be carrying on the great customer relationship and parts service that Ron built up for so many years. I knew Ron personally for many years and visited him fairly often since we live only about 40 minutes from his shop. I always brought a list of parts I needed and he always made time to chat with me in spite of his need to prepare parts orders, ordering parts, making main springs and doing phonograph motor repairs. He was a wonderful person and by reading your post it surely sounds like you will be a perfect fit for Ron's business. Oh...and I'm sure that I have a few more Ada Jones records here that you may be interested in.
All the best wishes with the new acquisition!!
Doug
