And on into the 1970s ...

In 1976 when I was working in a boutique new and used record store, we did very brisk trade with Chavin Chinga's "big" and very controversial album.

We also sold a lot of raunchy 20s/30s Blues compilation albums - very, very, very explicit.

BTW if anyone wants the Pearl disk, I could probably be persuaded to part with it for the cost of postage (or anything even vaguely interesting in trade, but postage costs alone would be enough if someone really wanted it).

Caveat: It is almost certainly not worth the cost of postage in or out of Canada.

The only reason anyone could possibly have for wanting it is if they were collecting the label and wanted this record to fill a gap until they could find a better copy.

The disk is cracked and repaired but playable.

The B side, Sarah, is relatively innocuous and is available on other disks under that title or a longer title - I believe the two titles refer to the same song. The A side, Dental Song, seems to be more of a rarity. It is actually quite offensive by today's standards if you stop and think about what the ironic surtext innuendo over the dental work subtext/reality is actually suggesting.
