I agree that “Zero COVID” is not possible anymore and that the likely scenario is that COVID will become endemic like the flu or colds. With COVID nowadays, vaccinated people only have a 0.0001% chance of becoming seriously ill with COVID and even with unvaccinated people, the case fatality rate is now down to 1% as opposed to the 75% case fatality rate early on in the pandemic.
