It's true. We must not blame Wikipedia for the omission of this 1952 78rpm record... It's existence, at least in a British 78rpm pressing, has been proven, and we know that this matrix number corresponds to an original US Columbia 78rpm recording.
I've found an Argentine Columbia pressing in the web:

I've just come across TWO versions of this, (which I didn't even know I'd got!) Both by Lale Andersen, one is on HMV EG 6993 sung in German, B side is "Drei Rote Rosen", and the other is on red Decca (South African?) FM 5712. sung in German and English, B side is "Sing Nachtigall Sing".

I have a different version of Lilli Marlene by Lale Andersen - Decca C.16027. Sung in German. A really wonderful version indeed. It has Sing Nightingale Sing on the other side which is sung in English. So kind of similar to your 'Red Decca' maybe ?

Lale Andersen was awarded a gold disc for one million sales of EG6993. A copy was displayed in HMV's Oxford Street store until the premises were renovated during the 1960's. The disc survived and is now believed to be in a private collection.

Not quite the same. On my Decca "Sing Nachtigall Sing" is sung in German. As I recently cleared a huge collection of South African records, I suspect both these records originated from there.
