I am the person who the forum member is unhappy with. Yes I did receive the message stating to consider the Victor E motor parts sold on the 12th. I did not receive a PM from this person until the 17th. I have had other forum members post sold or all take it and have not heard back from them, or not respond to PM that I have sent. I sold the parts to another forum member thinking that the other person decided they did not want the items due to the lack of communication. The unhappy member was first to respond and yes the parts should have gone that direction but did not. I have informed the unhappy member that I have additional Victor E motors and have asked him what he needs but so far have not had a response other than the new forum post. The offer to provide what this person wanted to purchase the first time around,
To meet there needs was extended and is still extended. Really do not think the post was necessary and could have been handled directly with me. I do understand the frustration of not getting the purchase, but alternate Victor E parts have been offered. I have had ebay purchases canceled and bogus reasons given for why as well as a forum member who stated sold but have yet to hear back From the several PM sent. Sometimes this happens. I meant no disrespect toward the forum member who first responded and did not deliberately cheat this person out of 110.00 in phonograph parts.

I think it is quickness of replies of both parties. I've experienced similar situations as a buyer and a seller. I do want to put a good word in for Kevin. He recently sold me an early Columbia AH Motor. He was on top of it from the beginning and when it arrived it was way nicer than I expected.

I had a bad experience on here with a part I was looking for. Someone posted back to me and said their son was selling one and directed where to send payment. I did so and never heard anything again though I wrote back several times. it was a scam. You don't always know who you are dealing with here.
