I was great to see everyone at the Midwest Show. There were so many great items and deals to be had. I noticed many new faces in the customer traffic which is a good sign that there is still a good interest in this hobby. I truly appreciate all the hard work done by everyone involved in putting this show on. I am already looking forward to another show next year.

It was so nice to have the event after being cancelled the past two years! Of all the machines there, my favorite was the Victor model D - I have a soft spot for the mahogany spear horns. Hope to have one someday! I have no idea why the photo is upside down...

So that is a Victor "D" in Mahogany. It is safe to assume that all Victor D's would have a slotted crank? Early bevel motor? Anyone know if the D cabinet the exact size of the V or is it ½" larger? I can't say I've seen a Victor D up close to investigate.
