Well, learn something new every day. :lol: Paul Edie's site
had no mention of a motor change or crank position move in
the later years so it kind of had me suspicious. It makes sense
though that there were changes around 1920 when this machine
was made. Thanks for the clarification gentlemen! :)

It's probably the same bozo who tells a clueless ebay seller that the Orthophonic soundbox that he has listed for $50 is worth a lot more because it's brass.

I once saw an ebay phono listing that specifically stated that comments from self-appointed know-it-alls were not welcome. :roll:
