Found, PW says it's from 1910.

Some late Columbia Lyric cylinder reproducers used a similar diaphragm.

This might shed some light. I've had this reproducer for six or seven years. It was on a dilapidated outside-horn Columbia with a large black horn. The motor was one of the later Columbia motors, that is with pressed steel plates, not a cast iron bed plate. That much I remember.
I've uploaded two pictures, one of the front, the other of the back. Note that this reproducer is identified as No. 7, as stamped on the back. I see minor differences between mine and the other two illustrated in this thread. The most obvious difference is, mine has no reeded edge. The bezels that secure the diaphragm also differ.
Sorry that it's so dirty. I no longer have a Columbia that takes this sort of reproducer and haven't had strong incentive to clean it up.

That sort of confuses things more, but I’ve always wondered what the number 7 reproducer would look like.

Anchorman:
When you write that this confuses things more, do you mean because of the differences between the three examples? If so, I share the sentiment. Could there be some non-Columbia knock-offs?

Because the timeline is a little mixed up for me now, as to when these were made.
