Well, circumstances are changing, doesn't look like I can make it--brake dragging on car, absolutely swamped, etc.,--but I am curious how it turns out.

thanks for the photos... wish there were phono fairs like that in my area...

I was in the Charlotte area for "business" on Friday and was able to walk through late morning. I had always wanted to get to a show and can now say I finally was able! It was great seeing the variety of radios and phonographs!

I must have missed the crowd because there didn't look like much buying was going on. (I was told that it had been "busier" earlier.) That said, it appeared to me that some very dedicated individuals put a lot of hard work into the venture. They should be commended on their effort!

However, I am still a little hesitant to load up a bunch of machines and bring to a show like this. I have this fear I would bring most of them back home.... These off brand uprights and consoles are too heavy to lug around. All kidding aside, it was fun - I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice turn out. Strange to see leaves budding and people in tee shirts.
