I might consider this one for a temporary case even though the s/n is from a year newer machine. It will do the job until then. Unless a case from a 140000 or lower machine case shows up.

I wouldn't think about it too long. Likely to sell at that price. However, before buying it, I'd ask for a photo with the lid removed.

I see your belt cover has nothing embossed on it. Was it a replacement?

And is the lid to your machine the 3 Broadway addresses?

If you carefully read the thread I recommended earlier,

you'll find the answers to most of your questions. For instance:

"The earliest cased Eagles had plain (unstamped) belt covers, and at approximately No.115,000 they began stamping them with patent information. Note that the serial number was not stamped into the belt covers of cased Eagles."

With only 1 known exception, all the early cased Eagles up to approx. 145,000 carry a lid decal with 3 Broadway addresses.

All you need to make an historically-authentic cased Eagle from your mechanism is a case with 3 Broadway addresses and a serial number on the data plate below 145,000, plus a belt cover. From approx. #115,000 to approx. #145,000, the belt covers had patent information stamped on them. (This is the easiest cover to find.) From #80,000 to approx. #115,000, the belt covers were plain. (These are a bit more difficult to find.)
