Hi again-
Looking more closely at the pics, I'm pretty confident that yours is an original in a non-original (but old) frame. It has a little damage-- cracked paint, crease-- but is better than some I've seen. They are tough to find. I sold my other one a few years ago (original frame, with minor gold-leaf damage, and very nice original print) for $750. I suspect there's someone out there that would love to add it to their collection. I believe they were put out around 1905, but the better historians in the group can pinpoint the date, I'm sure.
I think it's cool to remember that these hung in Edison dealer's stores and sparked lots of smiles by customers and their kids.

A while back I posted the two pictures below. I think Edison is the winner! :)
