I personally think it's super cool but what do I know. I like more the story behind the piece and a more comercial phonograph really like all the rest. I like the odd ones that people will will ask what is it and the normal comment " I've never seen one like that before ". I have clocks and radios that are like that and for $100 you can't go wrong.

There's nothing "cobbled" about it. It appears to be done very well, whether or not you like its styling is another matter.

I guess I worded it wrong. It is very nice and professional for a machine done by a DIY enthusiast.
Much more superior than the usual DIY cabinets like this.
