Also one of the vulcan records plays really slow and wobbly, it was advertised as a 2 minute cylinder but I'm not sure
When you say "wobbly", do you mean the cylinder does not run perfectly true? Meaning, it causes the reproducer to rise & fall as the cylinder plays? If so, that is not abnormal, as long as it isn't so excessive that it affects play. It's why cylinder reproducers are allowed to "float". As to running slow, does adjusting the speed correct the slow running? There was no rigid standard for playback speeds early on. If Vulcan cylinders are dubbed from originals, that same variation is likely to exist. If the machine speed adjustment can compensate for it, then you're fine.

where the cylinder is put on (I believe the mandrel) wobbles, and the one cylinder i have is not just running a bit slow, it is literally unplayable (hard to know if it's even a song)
Also there is no speed adjuster on the Pathé no. 0.

"I see," said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw.

Actually this might be a stylus issue if the sound is bad on all the cylinders.
Or lose horn suspension if it judders.

Is there any way you could post a video of what's going on?

I will try playing an indestructable on one of my Pathé machines. I have a suspicion that the Pathé stylus may be a bit too large?
