The original creme GoJo seems to be disappearing. It is still available at NAPA and Advance Auto stores.
I haven’t tried the lotion GoJo version that Jerry suggested.
Order on line if you are in remote location. Maybe it is time to stock up!

I have used Gogo or its equivalent. I finish with a wipe down with turpentine. As with anything, be careful. I believe one ingredient--propanol--softens the shellac if left on for a prolonged contact.
