Our computer was fried on Wednesday, and I'm using our son's once a day until the new one arrives... Sorry for the delay, and I'm sorry that I cannot add anything to the comments already posted, except that there appears to be a Chloride Accumulator on the bench behind the duplicator. Which doesn't really tell us anything...
It certainly looks like masters were being prepared with that equipment, but beyond that, it's a mystery to me!

The image was taken around 1910 in a factory room of the "Sing- und Sprechpuppen AG" of Max Oscar Arnold in Neustadt near Coburg, Germany. From about 1908, Arnold produced singing and talking "Arnola" and, a little later, "Arnoldia" dolls.

Those Definately are cylinder master containers, on the shelf, and a duplication phonograph, the one with the horn, has a studio carrage for the studio style cutter, and 1908 sounds right, beings the Triumph is a model B, seems everyone used good Edison machines for master recordings, although none here, seem to have oversized flywheels, so the resulting records would be just shy of Edison studio quality.

Note that there's a brick stove in this pic - probably for melting or making wax.
