In the case of this model, the only difference is the horn with an elbow and the way of carving the lower plinth of the box

The cabinet is in nice condition

It should have a lever start motor - so motor, turntable, brake are incorrect

The horn support is ok except that it has had a piece attached probably for an incorrect tone arm. The horn is maybe nit Pathé hence the screws

Some Pathé 4 (I think the early ones) didn't have a lever start motor.

Yes, the older ones have a push-pull strip in the front, in the same location as the lever utilized in the later machines. But the machine shown hasn't either of them: it has a generic break that Pathé did not utilize.
