I've seen Spanish Odeon records of the late 20s expressly marked to be played at 88rpm. It should have been an error in recording speed. I have the very same recordngs (from a Spanish zarzuela set) on different edition, unmarked. I had to discover myself that some played at those high speeds. Standard Spanish Odeon records didn't mention any speed, supposedly to be played at 78rpm. Parlophons were pressed by the same factory in Catalonia (you may find crossed matrixes between them two). I've also seen editions on Parlophon with odd speeds marked on the labels.
Otherwise you'll have to find by yourself, because no standard speed was declared in the labels, but you'll find them inconsistently recorded at other speeds. Matrices from Germany used to sound better at 80 (unmarked), for instance

I have a Victor scroll label by Eddie South and His Orchestra,"That's What I Call Keen".For some strange reason it was recorded at 69rpm.edisonplayer.
