An update, kind of ...
I've reached out to Eduardo, but my inquiry has been, well ... ignored. Oh well
I was in conversation with Gregg @ phonodecal.com, and I thought we were getting close to coming up with a decal, and then (insert sounds of crickets here)
Oh well, again.
I have known and done business with both Eduardo and Gregg for over 20 years and never once have they failed to respond to my inquiry. One must always consider that email is not always 100% perfect and responses can disappear into cyberspace, spam folders, etc. Have you followed up with your conversation with second request?
I might also add that there is more to life than phonographs, and people go on vacations, etc. We are all small operators and don't have staff on hand to make responses. Oversights thus do occur.

I would advise patience and periodic polite persistence.
My very limited experience with people who fabricate things for talking machines is: 1) that their business as such is a hobby business; 2) that they are sometimes older and have various other priorities, sometimes health related; 3) they are reluctant to make something new that will be a one-off where the potential sale value of a single item is a micro-fraction of the cost of fabrication; and 4) that with one's polite, patient, persistence, they will sometimes eventually come through out of kindness and love for the hobby. It once took me a year and half to get something that I needed from a maker.

Carl,
I am a bit confused... we texted about this project on December 11 after I returned from vacation and I told you I was getting caught up from being gone and that I would get it done... and as a matter of fact I am ready to do a test print. However, you responded to my text that "you understood". How is it that I am unresponsive? I do this as a hobby. It takes a lot of work and time. I will be in touch with you directly when I am satisfied it is ready to go. I don't appreciate being shamed in a public forum when I am trying to help you.

I apologize, sincerely, that my comment, my apparant impatience, came out the way it did. It's never been my style to "shame" anyone, and certainly not in a public environment.
And to Gregg: I care less about the decal than I do about leaving you with such a negative impression of me.

Carl,
Thank you for your apology. I consider the subject closed... I think it is best to move forward and get back to phonographs.

I have the same Victor Victrola record cabinet with a nice decal inside the door. I'm happy to take photos and perhaps Gregg Clline could make a decal for you. Let me know if you'd like photos. I just read some of the followup posts so maybe I'm late to the party.

Jerry,
I have it completed if anyone needs one. I will be adding it to my website in the near future.
