The wiki is hosted by Miraheze, which has seldom had outages but is otherwise very reliable.

Thank you! I think the idea of the wiki is neat. Though I think some people are also confused in that we're trying to replace the APS. You don't go to Wikipedia to look at an old Victor catalog, you go to the Internet Archive so you get every old scanned page. But you could go to Wikipedia to look up some information on Eldridge R. Johnson. That's the way I see it.

Congratulations on this enterprise! I have set up an account, and while I doubt my capacity to create an acceptable article from scratch I should be able to add or amend details here and there. It is a very valid point that a wiki is much more convenient to search in than an archive of documents.
