The Sutton book is available in softcover and it is amazing. It lists not only title and artist but recording and release dates, and whether the cylinder is dubbed or direct.

For anyone who knows the basics of excel it could be a great way to start a simple cataloging one's BAs. Just put an "x" in the column next to each record you have, then sort by that column, cut and paste into a separate tab... :D
