True, but buying an expensive item from someone with no track record is a real crap shoot. What I did was to sell some low priced items first to build up a positive history.

I don't understand how the seller can seriously believe this can be described as "fair" in condition. It's missing the felt, missing the doors, the finish needs a re-do, and the soundbox sure looks like it needs a rebuild. To me, that's "poor" condition. It's salvageable, but at that price I wouldn't want it.
