I do wonder if these may be common, and possibly pre-printed. There are examples of Edison letters known that have printed "handwriting" with actual signature.

Here's the photo I mentioned in my earlier post. Sorry about the quality, it's a scan of the catalog entry, not the actual item. The actual photo is about 4x6 (inches) if I remember correctly.
