Those National phonographs were much lower priced phonographs of the era, pretty much in the catagory of Brunswick type machines. I have seen a few single door National Phonographs before with same decal as yours, but never a double door "Baby Console" type unit like yours. Complete, they only sell for about $100-$150 bucks. George Vollema may have some parts for it, I'm sure. I'd try him first, otherwise gut it and use it as a nice storage cabinet! I put the unit made at about early to mid 1920's. Being a Double Door model, You're maybe looking at it being worth $200.00 total retail if you fully restore it.
